This is a global role, direct report to Global SSC Head. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities
Identify improvement opportunities, design project plan and prioritize the projects according to organization strategies and business focus.
Support system implementation projects representing SSC to drive for process efficiency and internal controls compliance.
Lead and drive cross-teams transformation initiatives e.g. process, technology, automation and operational review, from initiative formation to implementation and socialization.
Make proposal on process design together with the SSC team, assess the impact and efforts, and to monitor the results act as PMO, bridge the SSC with other functions to ensure all project initiatives are properly resourced and prioritized.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
8+ years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years SSC related position specific experience.
Experience leading large cross-function teams and driving consensus among colleagues; ability to lead, motivate, influence, and drive to results in a highly-matrixed environment.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
