Job Responsibilities
• Have extensive experience managing E-commerce channels in the Greater China market. Familiar with TMall, Red, Tiktok, Weibo and WeChat ecosystem.
• Manage the end-to-end operations, marketing and customer experience in different e-commerce channels.
• Responsible for maximising ROI for marketing spend in all e-commerce channels.
• Oversee social media marketing campaigns in the Greater China market.
• Proficient at live-streaming and short video production for e-commerce channels.
• Able to experiment, execute and adapt fast to new e-commerce and digital marketing trends and opportunities.
• Manage and optimize our influencer marketing program.
• Generate demand, create strategic messaging, figure out value messaging that speaks to potential customers, manage customer lifecycle.
• Manage content marketing by working with a group of designers and writers.
• Test and optimise all online and offline demand channels through digital marketing, partnerships, PR, Media.
• A go-getter who can roll up sleeves and dive deep.
• A strategic thinker who understands sales tactics and guerrilla marketing.
• A passionate dreamer who dares to reach for the star and challenge the impossible.
• The role can be based in Singapore or in China.

Job Qualifications:
• 5+ years hands-on experience in social media marketing on Chinese social media platforms.
• Have a solid understanding of branding and deep insights on how to optimize ROI on different social media platforms.
• Passionate about social media and consumer brand.
