Main functions / tasks:
• lead and develop consumer focused loyalty and retention strategies in CRM & CX teams.
• Analyze existing databases in different markets to improve the value of our communications.
• understand the different data sources, to develop corresponding strategies according to the data sources (. CN, wechat, tmall)
• Identify and optimize marketing automation strategy.
• define and configure customer portfolios and classifications to personalize communications based on customer objectives and different markets where Massimo dutti has operations online and overseas.
• Measure results, evaluate and recommend improvements to procedures.
• manage CRM database and data and solve any problems in the process of implementation.
• Improve LTTE's procurement frequency, customer recurrence rate and brand engagement.
• define and manage the retention strategy and publish the launch schedule of the company's products.
• determine trigger and auxiliary components based on customer knowledge to improve communication efficiency.
• Control, define and improve user interface tools: execution, online questionnaires, websites, etc.
• translate data into values that contribute to the field of marketing.
• Manage CRM agency and monitor agency service including technique integration, data report, service cost and business scope.
• Responsible for driving the acquisition of new members, developing and executing engagement programs to enhance the members
Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, marketing, computer or similar.
• at least 5 years of experience as data CRM Manager.
• Add: fashion experience, rear.
• Customer Experience,CRM,B2C,B2B,Loyalty,E-Mailing Marketing,Marketing Automation,Program and Strategy of Marketing
• Must have a high level of English
• High knowledge of Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, MicroStrategy or Bi tools.
