You will be act as an interface between the global HSE and the company locations in the region to support the local HSE officers as well as the location managers in continually improving HSE performance of the region. This is done by the adjustment of the group standards to the given conditions.
In Addition, You Have
5+ working experience of HSE management in manufacturing industry.
Academic education (University/Safety, Environment or Chemical Engineering).
Have experience with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – MUST HAVE!
English and Mandarin may be used as working languages.
Are pro-active, highly motivated and have good communication skills.
Acceptance of travelling.
Your tasks will include:
Support the local HSE-officers as well as the site managers in reducing of work accidents and prevention of occupational diseases.
Implementation and maintenance of the certified Integrated Management System (IMS) in the region.
Support the locations/plants on reduction of pollutants emission and improvement of energy efficiency.
HSE knowledge transfer between the locations within the region.
Development of customized HSE programs in the region.
Safety training and safety audit at the locations/sites.
