Director , Application Engineering
Shanghai
My client is leading industrial components company who design, produce and sell edge-cutting components to equipemnt OEMS towards Industrial Automation, Medical/ Life Science, Electronics etc. With manufaturing facilities in China and as the local buiness is booming with the ever growing localised demands from clients, my client is now putting up this new position to respond to the market needs.
Responsibilities:
- Take leadership on the China engineering teams that covers Application development, engineering and proposals to the client.
- Design engineering strategy through VOC and communition across adjacent departments such as sales, marketing, finance, research, etc.
- Set up engineering road map and streamline processes; Control PPAP and other protocols
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- Proven track rocord in leading application/ engineering teams;
- Decent team development and anagement experience
- Good stake holder management skills and busienss acumen.
- Fluent English.
