Location：Xi'AN/Chengdu/Major Cities in West China

My client is leading player in Tools and indudstry MRO business. They intend to have a vigorous growth in China for the next few years therefore now are looking to build up a strong sales team.

The role will manage a sizeable team all over West China, and main objectives are to build up an effective distribution channel and also develp a portfolio of high quality end-user client.

Key requirement:
- Solid sales / sales management experience in industrial products;
- Ideally combined with both channel sales and direct sales capability.
- Team management skill
