Job Description:
Be familiar with e-commerce platform collection & payment and refund accounting rule
Fund management: complete the fund receipt and payment operations of Alipay, bank of the e-commerce platform
Inventory management: Supervise and control procurement and inventory
Financial accounting: complete the golden tax invoicing, financial verification and periodical reconciliation, accounting processing, etc
Report preparation: complete monthly cash forecast report according to the fund situation, and complete monthly financial reports
Tax declaration: complete monthly VAT and individual tax declarations in a timely manner. Quarterly corporate income tax prepayment declarations.
Complete financial operation and month-end closing work in accordance with accounting standards and the company's financial system
Complete paper and electronic file filing of accounting vouchers/accounting statements/audit reports and other relevant accounting materials in a timely manner
Complete other tasks assigned by the leader
