职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the global ERP transformation including both ERP system re-implementation along with the associated business process optimization
2. Manage the end-to-end ERP implementation project, starting from project initiation, to requirement, design, multiple rounds of testing, go live to post go live support
3. Lead the interface, data conversion and reporting as part of the ERP implementation project
4. Ensure the processes and functionalities we designed in the ERP system are fully tied up with optimized to-be business processes
Partner closely with business stakeholders to manage the relationship, ensure the team’s involvement across multiple business groups and functions across different countries
Key Performance Measures：
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related field preferred
2. 10+ experiences of ERP (SAP preferred) implementation and ongoing support.
3. Proven record of multiple successfully ERP implementation (SAP preferred) projects
4. Real estate related industry and global project experiences will be a plus
5. Strong project management experience for both waterfall and agile
6. Proven expertise of ERP module knowledges
