职位描述

Job description:
1. Ensure sales team consistently meets or exceeds daily sales performance metrics to achieve Sales Operation Excellence.

2. Collect and analyze demand FCST and weekly sales report from sales team. Sales Forecast & Planning, and analyze sales metrics data. Collaborate with Supply team to eliminate barriers in supply assurance.Identify revenue risks and escalate timely. Attending weekly revenue meetings.

3.Support account managers to enable clean quotes, bidding document. Fully understand Quotation to Cash process and learning a clear view about Biopharma industry and customer background.

4. Do proper adjustment during implementation. Manage post sales process for return and compliant business analysis, work with field service team to improve the compliant process from commercial perspective.

5. Work with biz teams and Finance to make reasonable Data Intelligence and Monitor utilization, take necessary actions to improve sales utilization at expected healthy level.

6. Work with counselor or compliance team to check customer’s contract/ PO with Terms and Condition to get the contract/PO approved.

7. Organize regular review and meetings for process, platforms and internal related teams to make sure all operations efficient and problems solved timely, push teams to optimize continuously.

8. Handle sales support documents, such as agent authorization and supplier questionnaire.

Qualifications:
1. Good at MS Excel tools.
2. familiar with Salesforce and Tableau.
3. Strong Finance or data analysis skills and logical thinking capability. Good trouble shooting ability with teamwork across teams.
