ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Takes the lead for release of routine (both machinery related and assembly) for new products
• Be responsible for layout design for workshop and assembly line
• Be responsible for identifying opportunities in production area which require re-layout and its project implementation.
• Achieves Best material flow in factory by well-designed shop floor layout and assembly lines
• Works with other function to eliminate loss at beginning of product realization and drives optimization in its life-cycle.
• Enables production people for their daily optimization and waste identifying.
• Drives manufacturing cost down by leading key process optimization projects.
• Team Development and management skill
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Very good knowledge of lean production and product implementation
Knowledge/experience of Lean, CIP, problem solving is preferred
Good knowledge of methodologies like WCT, ECRS, Chaku Chaku, poka-yoke, Ergonomics, multi-process handling.
8+ years working experience in a sizeable global manufacturing company, min 3 years of management lean manufacturing.
Familiar with machining, assembly/testing process
Strong leadership, project management skill, can motivate and influence team
Good communication skills;
English language and presentation skill
