⚫ Assist the quality dept /section manager in setting up the quality system according to business plan
⚫ Prepare the meeting agendas, reports and follow up for the quality project
⚫ Coordinate all team s to get the quality system ready for auditing
⚫ Preparing and associating with relative departments for external audits(OEM, 3rd Party etc.)
⚫ Organize and implement the internal QMS system audit and process audit
⚫ Organize and implement the service center audit
⚫ Communication with oversea subsidiaries.
⚫ Lead QS team.
