• Analyzes monthly budget and revenue results to identify key growth drivers and trends.
• Leads the monthly management forecast process.
• Plans and coordinates the budget and strategic planning processes, and is involved in presentation of results to executive or regional management.
• Monitors and reports on areas of operational risk and/or opportunity.
• Guides analysts and commercial owners in investment appraisal.
• Provides financial systems support for the planning process by acting as liaison with the financial information systems group.
• Recommends and implements systems solutions for the forecast, budget and strategic plan processes.
• Prepares ad hoc information and analysis for both regional and corporate management.
• Provides leadership and guidance to analysts in order to deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Ensures compliance with corporate objectives and financial policy within the region.
• Supports and maintains an ongoing process of system and procedure re-evaluation.
