• Support the evaluation of existing and new technologies in the personal care product range to support BU strategies.
• Experimentation on the bench with conventional and/or non-conventional/creative approaches that will lead to unique product claims and benefits (with new formula bases, raw ingredients and processing techniques)
• Evaluation of sensory, stability, and efficacy performance of materials
• Participate in external collaborations if needed
• Organizes and analyzes clinical data
• Help to publish findings in trade journals and at trade shows as appropriate
• Prepare detailed technical assessments and reports for documentation and communication of key developments and discoveries.
• Provide technical support and training to sales, distributors and customers.
• Attend and participate at appropriate national/international meetings and trade shows.
• Evaluation of product features in-vitro and in-vivo
• Contribute to presentation of results and products internal as well as external
• Calibration and upkeep of all laboratory instruments
• Maintenance of neat and accurate laboratory notebooks and data logs
