- Carry out new product development projects.
- Experienced in chemical formulation research and development
- Understand Product development process requirement and work according to it.
- Carry out maintenance and calibration work of lab equipment and test rigs.
- Conduct all relevant tests according the test instruction.
- Ensure the documentation of experiment and test results.
- Test lab/pilot samples according to the project requirement list. Document experiment details and results clearly and properly.
- Follow up and give technical guidance to production during new product realization process.
- Work as a team with laboratory staff, help each other to solve any technical problem.
