职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Assisted the general manager office in formulating the company's development strategy and coordinated the implementation of the strategy;
2. Responsible for the management and supervision of the company's finance department, administration and human resources department, warehouse and logistics department;
3. Formulated and improved the company's various management systems, internal control systems and implementation details;
4. Assisted the General Manager Office in bridging the gap between the Japanese headquarters and the company;
5. Other tasks assigned by General Manager's office.
Requirements:
1. More than 8 years management experience in cosmetic, retail, FMCG companies
2. Be familiar with relevant laws and regulations
3. Fluent in Japanese or English
