Base: Shanghai

Main Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Management
1. Be responsible for topline growth from both Life Science and Electronics industries, drive team to meet order growth and key service offer sales targets
2. Work with GM / Service Business Manager on service offer strategy and go-to-market strategy for better market coverage and higher market share.
3. Work with GM / Service Business Manager on out-of-box new offering creation and sales.
4. Lead to define annual service sales growth initiatives (RAC, Result-Activities-Competence) and drive team for high quality execution.
5. Service sales pipeline management in CRM (Salesforce.com) and order forecast
6. Lead strategical service offer selling, esp. annual service agreement sales (Instrument calibration, FMS system support agreement, preventive maintenance etc.) in selected Key Accounts
7. Customer buying influence management, relationship maintenance and drive customer continuous improvement on NPS through good user experience
8. Manage AR overdue clearance
9. Analyze and interpret key financial result, i.e. Order, Revenue, AR etc.

Team Management
1. Sales team target setting and team performance (PMP) management
2. Daily service sales operation management
3. Sales team competence development
4. Drive sales team initiative project, i.e. Call center

X Functional Collaboration
1. Work with cross functional team (Sales, Project, customer service, marketing, technical) for sales operation excellence
2. Work with internal direct sales team (LS, EL, Channel) and external customers (including distributors) to drive customer service growth and satisfaction.
Other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Science or above degree, a candidate with pharma background is a priority.
2. At least 5 years proven record as service sales / service sales manager in instrument industry, strong value selling skill is highly preferred
3. At least 3 years experiences in sales managerial role.
4. Solid experience in customized service offer creation & selling
5. Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, interpersonal and organization skills, Strong persuasiveness and influence skills required
6. Good ability to coach the team to sell in a consultative manner
7. Strong business acumen and learning agility
8. Good data analysis and sales planning skills.
9. High energy, team player and capability of working under pressure.
10. Self-motivated, initiative, open-minded, and detail-oriented
11. Good English communications in both oral and written.
12. Willing to travel domestically (over 50%)
