职位描述
1.Portfolio Strategic Planning
- Support MD to determine the brand/platform portfolio strategies and priorities for next 3 years
- Lead generating innovation concept pipeline based on market/consumer/company requirments
2. Innovation development
- Lead cross functions for innovation project development and delivery
- Responasile for innovation P&L, DP for launch phasing
3. NPD launch support and post-tracking
- Make launch plan for the NPDs
- Responsible for launch toolkit / asset delivery & execution
- Responsbile for post luanch tracking
3. Rennovation
- Collaborate with CI team for yearly product performance research and identity optimization opportunity
- Rennovation project development and delivery
