Job Summary:
-Lead application and formulation development in personal care/home care etc
-Provide technical suport for customer troubleshooting and technical solutions for the new oppertunities in APAC area
-Identify, initiate and develop new projects by working closely with APAC sales team, global technology team, and external cosmetic industry resources
-Organize and maintain daily lab work according to EHS policy

Requirements:
-Bachelor or above in chemistry related
-Minimum 5 years of R&D/technical support experiences in personal care/skincare/haircare
-Ability to travel when needed
-Workable in English
