Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational finance support to management team, set up and interpret clear & effective financial KPIs
- Drive the annual business planning cycle with the responsibility to build and implement Annual Budget / Rolling Forecast / 3 Years Plan
- Analyze and interpret accounting and financial information to explain the financial and operational performance to management team
- Manage month end closing, including review actual results, provide variance analysis and prepare management reporting package in a timely manner
- Provide financial presentation of the entity at regional and global meetings
- Collaborate with P&A team on meeting preparation by providing rolling sales forecast, discount, and margin study
- Drive process and reporting improvements
- Manage working capital and focus on rolling cash flow forecast
- Work on Ad hoc projects and analysis

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related areas is required
- 5 to 8 years of experience in working with both Big 4 audit firms and MNC, experience in manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- CPA, ACCA or CMA is preferred
- Strong communication skills, open minded and quick learner
- Able to partner across functions to deliver business objectives as one team
- Excellent English communication in both oral and written
