My client is a leading US Industrial Group, to drive production effect for her Shenyang plant, we're now seeking an experienced Operation Head to handle full P&L.
You will be responsible for full operation including HR and finance for this 200 people plant. You will manage to increase production efficiency and improve team structure.
To be considered with this role, you will have at least 10 years working experience in mechanical engineering industry, in production and operation roles, and at least 3 years operation or plant management experience.
