职位描述
Responsible for GC China Region Business including Commercial(sales, bd, marketing, application)
Defining the commercial strategic plans and focusing on the future growth
Providing Value proposition sales to target clients – consumer electronics, aero, automotive, general industries, etc.
Establish key metrics for monitoring profitable growth of the business
Build up, drive and nurturing a high performing team
Our ideal candidate would be:
Bachelor degree or above in Engineering
Track record in Change Management
Management experience of leading a complex commercial team with 50 – 100 people
Smart with good business acumen
APAC region exposure or M&A experiences would be highly preferred
