The company is world leading designer and manufacturer in heavy industries. Their state-of-the-art equipment are widely applied in Marine, Oil & Gas, Machineriies etc.
Responsibilities:
- Fully leads the plant operation in JIangsu;
- Scope covers production, quality, procurement, logistic and warehoursing.
- Align with managemnet for the operation strategy and target and work closely with commercial team and corss country and function stake holders to make sure the delivery and quality of products
- Take responsibility to actively communicatie with external partners, suppliers adn customers
- Country and Glboal Management
Requiremtns:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or science
- MBA preferred but not a must
- Solid experience in manage facility in Heavy Industry.
- Great communication skills with both local and global partners
- Passionate, proactive.
