职位描述
Job Description:
1.Work with business units to identify, analyze and prioritize business requirements
2.Work with business units to optimize processes, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies
3.Propose and Define solutions to meet business requirements
4.Document business requirements and process flows
5.Work with development team to make finalize requirement
6.Develop test plans and test cases, perform functional, integration and user acceptance testing
7.Develop training plan and training documentations, perform user training when requested
8.Provide supports to business users when requested
9.Perform related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
1.3+ years' experience in business analysis
2.Project Management Professional or relevant certification (e.g. PMP)
3.Excellent communication skills & cross functional team work
4.Excellent documentation skill; familiar with BRD, PRD, etc.
5.Experience in e-commerce and sales system is preferred
