1. Act as key contact point of network infrastructure activities.
2. Responsible for technical solution of network infrastructure services globally including LAN, WAN, Internet, Remote access, Security, data/voice networking and telecommunications, etc.
3. Manage internal and external parties to deliver day to day network operations, ensure network service reliability, availability and serviceability met defined SLA.
4. Manage and/or participant network projects globally.
5. Communicate and coordinate schedule outage, maintenance downtime to users and partners as appropriate.
6. Oversee the planning, solution proposal, implementation relate to network infrastructure
7. Plan and develop Network infrastructure align with global IT strategy and China business requirement
8. Collaborate closely with global counterparts to deliver network services and solutions
9. Contribute into related IT project, solution, plan and strategy
10. Proactively identifies and implements innovative ways by leveraging infrastructure technology to add value to the business, and evaluate areas for potential cost savings.
