Job description

The HR Specialist will be a contributing member of the team who will be responsible for compensation and benefits (“C&B”) related disciplines.
The incumbent will work under direction and will report to the HR C&B manager, the duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take include but not limited to:
1. Support on C&B related individual income tax(“IIT”) relevant matters regarding management and statutory reporting; Responsible for tax regulation change related tax process change implementation; provide tax advice to internal customers.
2. Maintain C&B data and prepare summary reports following schedule.
3. Assist with planning and roll-out of HR programs;
4. Proactively communicate HR policy, process and practices with employees, answer employee query ;
5. Handle daily HR operations to provide an efficient and effective HR service;
6. Other C&B administrations to be specified by the manager.

Requirements

1. 1-3 years’ relevant HR experience, background with individual income tax services, financial services, MNCs or other professional services environment would be a plus;
2. Good learning agility and with excellent ability to focus on details;
