Company Overview
Our client is a dynamic and innovative retail company committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As we continue to advance, they are seeking an experienced, strategic-minded Human Resources Director (HRD) to join the core team and help drive our business to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning and Execution: Participate in the overall corporate strategy formulation and lead the development of the HR strategy to ensure alignment with business goals. Provide strategic HR insights to support the company’s growth and development.
• Organizational Structure and Talent Management: Design and optimize the organizational structure to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention programs to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional HR services. Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our values and business objectives.
• Performance Management: Implement and refine performance management systems to drive employee accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement. Provide strategic HR support to managers and employees to address performance-related issues and enhance overall productivity.
• Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Act as a key advisor on legal matters related to employment and workforce management.
• Change Management: Lead and manage organizational change initiatives to support business transformation and growth. Ensure smooth transitions and effective communication during periods of change.
• Retail or consumer Industry Insights: Leverage deep understanding of the retail industry to anticipate market trends and talent needs. Develop strategies to position our company as an employer of choice in the retail sector.

Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in managing full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Retail or Consumer Industry Knowledge: Strong background and experience in the retail sector, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
