Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for plant production, quality, safety and delivery.
2) Achieve operational excellence, lean and safety targets.

Requirements:
1) Bachelor's or above with 10+ years of Operation management in Aerospace.
2) Familiar with Aerospace assembly or manufacturing process.
3) Plant management and team development experience for 300+ ppl.
4) Fluent English.
