Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and initiate biology and pharmacology
programs in supporting early drug discovery, lead identification, and pre-clinical stage drug
development.
2. Lead and perform POC studies in vivo and in vitro.
3. Evaluate drug performance using various in vitro and invivo animal models including liver disease
models (metabolic, cardiovascular, cancer, rare);
develop new disease models as needed.
4.Collaborate with other line functional groups to
optimize drug design and lead selection for further
development.
5. Collaborate with academics and CROs to support
drug discovery, IND enabling studies, and clinical
studies.
6. Other duties as assigned.
