1) Be fully responsible for overall development team tasks arrangement and the quality of implementation process
2) Be responsible for holistic system solutions and architecture for Exams Systems solutions, make sure the solutions are reasonbale designed, and implemented with the clear timelineby promised
3) Be one good IT leader to Manage the exams system development team (more than 10 people) to implement the industry best practices based on Agile methodology
4) Define the system development strategy, standards, team KPIs and priorities, cooperation mechasims with product managers, architecture and system maintenance team
5) Ensure the technology used in the development team is updated and aligned with the high edge of industry practices
6) Ability to talk with global team for solution design, and well manage the development team to adopt the agile change with clear commitment and timeline
