Description
* Strategic Alignment: Align HR strategies with the overall business objectives and priorities of the Financial Services division.
* People Management: Develop and implement effective people management strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.
* Change Management: Lead and facilitate organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
* Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process for key roles in the Financial Services division, ensuring the hiring of good talent.
* Performance Management: Design and administer performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and incentives.
* Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
* Training & Development: Identify training needs and design customized development programs for employees at all levels.
* Data Analysis: Utilize HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, productivity, and areas for improvement.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to all labor laws, regulations, and industry practices. - Collaboration: Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders to ensure effective HR support.

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in HRBP or relevant HR roles, with Financial Services/Professional service industry experience.
* Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive HR decisions.
* Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry practices.
* Ability to handle complex employee relations issues with discretion and sensitivity.
* Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and training & development.
* Familiarity with HR technology and systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
* Fluent English (written and verbal) as working language.
