Ensure that the Village achieves its set sales targets, retail strategy and provides an
excellent customer experience through the following tasks and responsibilities (not
limited to):
• Educate stores’ staff and support efficiently brands’ headquarters on the implementation
of high-end customer services in compliance with the quality standards of a luxury retail
experience including visual merchandising of window and in-store displays, stock
management, customer service and selling practices, promotional plans, store
management and housekeeping.
• Coordinate village marketing programs, retail activities and daily manage the tenants’
staff to achieve optimum inventory levels and merchandise selection at all times.
• Develop excellent relationships and implement accurate action plans with existing
brands (tenants) that are conducive to maximizing sales and business opportunities
within the Village
• Maintain and develop personal knowledge and expertise on retail operations, luxury
market trends and consumers’ shopping behaviors to provide guidance to store
managers and enhance sales potential.
• Be responsible for accurate and timely management information, with supporting
analysis (retail KPI’s), through weekly reporting to the Retail Director.
• Liaise effectively with the leasing and operating teams in providing the support needed
to achieve highest levels of customer satisfaction, compliance with all legal
requirements and successful operational coordination.
• Roll out and follow-up on targeted training seminars with the Retail Training Manager
ensuring store staff development and career enhancement.
• Provide input to implement the Village strategy through analysis of fashion trends,
customer behaviors, tourists visits and key seasonal dates,
• Promote the Village position within the local community.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• Proven experience of operational and/or managerial roles within luxury fashion retail,
preferably department store and/or hospitality businesses (luxury hotels for instance)
• 5 years or more of manageing a portfolio of brands or multiple store locations in a given
territory.
• Developed analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a “can-do” attitude (focused on
actions, efficiency and result driven)
• Good decision making capabilities
• Strong leadership and team building skills, and well-developed and articulate
communication skills
• Interact and liaise across all levels of the business
• Our business language is English therefore the candidate must be;
o Fluent in business English and Mandarin
