1. Possess the qualities of forecast accuracy, analyze the variance deep driving factors, and promote continuous improvement of forecast accuracy;
2. Realize the balance of supply & demand during the cost optimization whiling meeting customer needs;
3. Monitor plan execution, be responsible for coordination of abnormal conditions, and promote problem solution;
4. Responsible for creating 18 months statistics forecast;
5. Optimize statistic forecast, analyze historic data, forecasting models, as well as trend/seasonality and events;
6. Lead monthly demand review meeting with sales, marketing and supply team, make collaborative demand planning;
7. Follow up the sales estimation of key projects and reflect demand;

• 5+ years of experience in forecasting, demand planning or related experience. Prior supply chain role a must;
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong process minded, data sensitive, with clear mindset on the big picture while enough attention to details, Analytical with attention to well organized and initiatives;
• Knowledge of SAP, JDA, and BI experience is preferred;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese;
• Excellent in inter-personal skills, communication, analytical, and problem solving.
