- Upgrade individual QR code & cooperate wechat for sales, training & CRM usage
- Build & well-manage social e-commerce system for private traffic
Datamining & analysis members’ behavior, initiate CRM strategy & programs to solve business problems
- Monthly report of offline stores & customers analysis
- Merge online customers database to deep dive link sale, cross sale potential
CRM program management to convert prospect consumers & sustain existing to loyal
- Understand consumer journey & lifecycle to initiate CRM program to convert new to loyal customers
- Improve current CRM program including welcome gift, repeat purchase, and loyalty cultivation
- Elevate member’s programs, including redemption points & other loyalty programs
Co-work with Sales, Training, & MKT team to support daily base data & customer management
Lead & implement 400 call center service to solve customers’ query & improve satisfaction
