1.Be responsible for product promotion and complete the sales target of the Department. Make sales plan, visit customers and develop new customers according to the plan, ensure customers pay on time, deal with customer complaints and AR in time.
2.Assist superior leader to manage the commercial relationship with existing large and multi-site blue chip clients. Proactively contacting clients to maintain a consistent high level or service delivery, whilst indentifying further new business opportunities.
3.Assist superior leader to make sales strategy, reasonable control of sales expenses and resource allocation. Control and balance the sales budget and expense, and improve sales profit.
4.Organize and coordinate resources to complete business-related bidding, negotiation, signing, payment collection and after-sales etc.
5.Good project coordination and negotiation ability.
6.Timely sales reporting. And regularly report sales work, submit weekly report, sales forecast, accounts receivable, contract negotiation, market consultation, etc.
7.Train, motivate and assess subordinates; Assist subordinates to complete assigned task target; manage and supervise daily work of sales personnel. Responsible for the optimization of department structure; Employee recruitment, development and performance evaluation, etc.
8.Complete other tasks assigned by Department.
