Posting, Reporting, and Work Relations
Describe the primary stakeholders internally and externally in your organization, how this position is connected, and
how they interact. It is recommended to create a visual of the organizational structure to support the description or to
attach an existing organizational chart.
You will work together with highly qualified SW developers in an agile development team in close
cooperation with the Product Owner and the SCRUM master to deliver according to Sprint commitment.
The team is self-organized and interacts with SCRUM master to remove impediments..
The primary stakeholders Product Owners within Digital Development and the Solutions Managers in the
four Performance Units in Grundfos.

We are looking for a person with a perseverant and pragmatic approach to finding solutions. You enjoy
working in an agile team with a large network of colleagues in Digital Development and you have a
natural flair for establishing strong working relations to colleagues in the agile set-up. We expect that
you possess a broad technical knowledge, you are curious and able quickly to understand new domains
and technologies.
Moreover, you have:
- a Bachelor or Master’s degree within engineering, software development or computer science
- 6+ years of relevant work experience
- experience with Embedded Linux-based systems and programming
- worked with embedded IoT Systems
- good communication skills, and you speak and write English fluently
- experience from working with Continuous Delivery and relevant tools.
