• Plan and execute projects related to quality, yield, process efficiency and capacity
improvement related to Intraocular Lens (IOL) manufacturing
• To be the lead for operation in new product or process development & transfer activities
• To be trainer for ISO related testing
• To execute IQ/OQ/PQ for new equipment
• To design new equipment or jigs and fixture to improve process efficiency and
sustainability
• To manage end-of-life issue for product material and component
• Support project through communication with vendor
• Train and mentor engineers and assistant engineers in ME
