职位描述

1.Account customer analysis and transparency. Define the strategy to apply with your customer in terms of product and price development in agreement with the SKF values and targets;
2.Customer quotation, project bidding and negotiate the contract with the customer;
3.Operational planning and execution. Plan and implement sales activities to achieve defined targets and support the company business strategies;
4.Opportunity and relations management. Visit account customers actively to know their development status, direction and needs, to strengthen customer relations at multiple levels so that dig out more business potential;
5.Optimizing and integrating internal/external resources to actively explore new customer and new sales opportunities to continuously broaden the business platform;
6.Create sustainable value. Focus on customer orientation to analyze lost orders and customers and take effective means to recover them;
7.Handle customer complaint responsively to ensure that it is closed satisfactorily and seize the opportunity to strengthen customer relations and generate new sales ;
8.Collaboration and focus on long term revenue management. Collect market intelligence proactively to monitor competitors and market development, to identify business opportunities and to recommend new way of exploring business to keep business increasement continuously;
9.Take on total customer account management, including sales forecast πpelines, quotation, project bidding, delivery time, order handling and payment follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability;
9.Availability to travel extensively in China and occasionally overseas;
10.In average 3 out of 5 days of the week traveling and visiting customers;
11.Create a MMR each month about the work field;
12.Create Business Plan for your customer and focus on the target fulfillment;
13.Create quarterly forecasts for your customers.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor Degree or above in Bioengineering;
2.At least three years good working experience in sales and commercial practices in Medical device industry;
3.Ideally technical knowledge of structure of CT machine or bearing application and manufacturing process in the related segments;
4.Good planning, coordination, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills;
5.Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
6.Team spirit is an essential requirement;
7.Self driven personality;
8.Good presentation skills;
9.Good net worker;
10.Projects Management skills;
11.Good negotiation skills
