Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for performing support activities to develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and programs.
• Responsible for whole payroll cycle, and related social benefits, IIT’s change management.
• Participants in C&B surveys. Prepare data and analyze survey results as required.
• Responsible for commercial insurance and annual body check, review and upgrade if needed.
• Work closely with business partner to maintain employee data in Workday system.
• Responsible for HR report, organization chart and KPI analysis.
• Act as the local contact window for mobility cases and employees’ HR related consulting.
• Participant in global/regional rewards program.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master’s degree with 5 plus years relevant work
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Solid command of PC tools such as spreadsheet software, power point and other related programs.
• Strong consulting and communication skills.
• Payroll, Workday system and vendor management experience will be an additional asset.
