职位描述
• Bachelor`s degree or higher, or combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
• 10+ years professional experience in Innovation /Engineering/Material/ Product Development in footwear business related environments.
• Always think creatively,recognize new business opportunities and communicate ideas or plans for the future. bottom components and their manufacturing processes. Demostrated experience in ideation and research with tangible result.
• Experience leading a global team driving cross-functional initiatives. An effective communicator able to lead team on multiple complex projects and could work cross-functionally at one time and prioritize work according to potential impact.
• Good project management skill and good communication skills in both spoken and written English.
