职位描述

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Work closely with Commercial Head and Regional sales leaders to perform regular diagnostics to business performance, provide key business insights and commentaries in reports and dashboards.
2.Provide consistent methodologies, templates, tools, and analytical support to Commercial Head and Regional sales leaders on market potential, customer segmentation, territory management, field force productivity & resource allocation.
3.Lead the sales target setting and allocation. Make territory deployment analysis and proposal to ensure the business excellence.
4.Drive implementation and improvement in sales force effectiveness, project efficacy, and ensure the adoption of sales automation tools (SFDC, Tableau)
5.Annual sales incentive plan design and diagnostics.

· Must have minimum 5 years’ experience working in healthcare /medical device/ pharmaceutical.
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking with influencing skills
· Good problem-solving skills and Fluent English communication
· Positive attitude, ‘Ownership and Teamwork’ spirit and ‘can- do’ mind-set
· Effective communication skill, collaborative style
· Proficient in MS Office product suite,especially in excel.
