职位描述

Build balanced sales plan with the consideration of sales/margin/inventory to ensure the delivery of financial target for wholesales business.
Initiate in-season management proposals to support business plans and cross functional alignment.
Lead period analysis, including but not limited to product level sell through and overall sales/margin/ inventory study to influence current and future season planning.

Job Responsibility:
• Develop long range and short- term plan and communicate with input and collaboration from key stakeholders including account management team, strategic partner, finance, MP, finance, etc
• Drive healthy marketplace inventory/MOS landing
• GTN management leveraged by different resource
• Weekly and seasonal performance tracking with recommended action
• Provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders on future season planning


Job Qualifications:
• Comprehensive understanding of retail math
• Ability to create reports, sales plans based on business sense
• Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others
• Advanced knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency in Excel including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.
• Good team player and ability to work with the cross functional partners on all aspects of the business

Critical Experiences Gained:
• Bachelor degree or above
• 2-year working experience in retail planning role is preferred with strong logic thinking capabilities and growth mindsets
• Strong team-work and influence skills
• Fluent communication both in Chinese & English
