RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be responsible for Group overall finance management including Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, M&A, Risk Control, etc.
• Lead the teams to accomplish the closing/budgeting/forecasting.
• By leading strategic financial analysis, support CEO for major financial decision making such as M&A, Project kick-off, Business transforming, etc.
• Set up/Improve the dynamic finance procedures to support business more efficiently and avoid the potential risk.
• Lead internal/external auditing.
• Build up capabilities for future growth. Bring in young talents and develop their career by upgrading their knowledge and scope.
• Explore new business opportunities and channels to support fast growth. Lead the project to expand to the business and ensure profitable output.
• Corporate governance and process optimisation

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
• 10 years+ finance working experience
• Strong commercial acumen
• Detailed oriented.
• Experience in partnering with executive team and investment community
• Analytical with a strategic mindset
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
