Responsibilities of the candidate will include, but not be limited to:

• Source and identify suitable real estate development and new economy assets (eg data centers) investment opportunities, including both single project and portfolio acquisitions, in target cities in China.

• Manage all aspects of deal negotiations, due diligence, deal structuring, acquisition underwriting and financing by working with both internal departments and external agents or consultants.
通过与内部部门和外部代理或顾问合作,处理交易条款谈判,尽职调查,交易结构,收购承销以及融资的所有领域。
• Develop and cultivate good relationships with strategic/joint venture partners, local government and external agents or consultants.

• Carry out market / customer research and analysis, keep abreast with industry and market trends to support investment / divestment strategies and policies that are aligned to the overall business strategy.

岗位要求:
• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business or a similar discipline. CFA preferred

• Minimum 5 years of relevant real estate investment experience in foreign and local company, with proven business development, investment achievements and established business network

• Good business acumen, analytical skill in structuring of deal and joint venture agreements with business partners. Solid due diligence experience
