职责描述:
• Monitor, analyze and forecast market trends, ensure market trends are known, and future market
opportunities are identified.
监控,分析并预测一次性内窥镜产品市场趋势,了解市场趋势,发现未来潜在的市场机会。
• Collect and analyze competitor information so as to develop counter strategies.
收集分析竞品信息,并制定出相应策略。
• Plan and implement product strategies that are in line with growth drivers, including market research,
pricing, positioning, and promotion, and handle issues and barriers during execution.
计划并实施产品的市场调查,定价,定位,及推广战略,确保销量提升,并妥善处理战略落地过程中
遇到的各种障碍及问题。
• Work together with sales team, give clear market direction and guideline to support them in
maximizing business opportunities.
给予销售团队明确的市场方向及指导,协助销售产出更高的销售额。
• Build up and implement internal and external product training with local training team and sales team.
建立并实施公司内外部的产品培训方案,与培训及销售团队一起开展公司内外部的产品培训。
• Work with sales teams and clinical training team to promote and execute marketing program with
effective result measurement.
与培训及销售团队一起计划并开展与产品有关的市场活动。

任职要求:
• Bachelor degree and above, in Medical, bio or Marketing related is preferred.
本科及以上学历,医学,生物,市场相关专业优先考虑。
• Working experience in ICU, ER, OR or Respiratory department is preferred.
有在ICU,急诊,手术室,或呼吸科工作经验的优先考虑。
• >5 years working experience in marketing or clinical trainer in medical device industry.
5年以上在医疗器械行业内市场,或临床培训部门的工作经验。
• Strong ability of market analysis and promotion.
具有较强的市场分析、营销推广能力。
• Multi-national company work experience is preferred.
有在外资企业的工作经验的优先考虑。
• Proactive and work creative.
积极进取,有创新精神。
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
良好的人际交往能力和沟通能力。
• Good computer skill, fluent English.
熟练使用办公软件,英语听说读写流利。
• Be able to travel frequently.
能适应频繁出差。
