Requirements:
1. Lead the strategic project. Responsible for overall project management and execution from project scoping to product launch;
2. Close cooperation with all required departments and lead the project successful with implementation of project-management rules and guidelines;
3. Control the commercial Terms & Conditions analysis, including budget, cost, economic figures;
4. Cooperate closely with PM;
5. Set-up project schedule, keep achieving the planned Time To Market with specified quality and cost;
6. Lead in and optimize project management related process;
7. Involve in top level project management related work;
8. Working closely with Portfolio to understand the customer requirement and application. Give advice to relative business opportunity at the early phase;
9. Control potential risk. Balance resource conflict. Make sure status transparent to all stakeholders and escalate for efficient problem solving;
10. Participate in the planning road map of new products;

Qualifications:
1. Min. Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering from accredited university
2. Minimum 2 years experience in project management or 5 years in production engineering;
3. Good team working spirit & interpersonal skills.
4. Able to work independent
5. Knowledge of Systematic Project Management, Cost Control, Risk Control and tools application;
6. High motivation and willingness to travel.
