Managing complex projects and guiding the team through project phases the position will be a solution driven individual creating alignment, understanding context, developing insights, defining opportunities, setting strategy, and leading the creation of tangible expressions.
They will also act as a local magnet for external and internal collaborations and partnerships.

Leadership & Strategy
• Build and setup Innovation Team.
• Define project roadmaps, translating vision into project directions and deliverables that successfully impact the business.
• Create compelling strategies and directions for innovation, developing ideas from origin through deployment.
• Direct the development of fresh insights, surprising innovation and breakthrough creative solutions.
• Able to be both an internal and external voice.

Operations
• Managing and engaging project proposals to implementation.
• Govern the continuous evolution of the team methods & tool set.
Manage the team budget and other key operations
• Recruit, manage, mentor, inspire and lead the team and oversee key talent functions.

Partnership & Communication
• Represent internally and externally activities.
• Identify and develop a strong external network & partnership opportunities.
