Job Description
Responsibilities:
•Source and Interview various candidates on the market
•Build and maintain relationships with candidates to match them with the best opportunities.
•Evaluate and understand the experience and opportunities of candidates on the market
•Recruit talent and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle
•Negotiate unique compensation packages (wages, benefits, etc.) to attract and hire candidates for our company’ needs
