Job Description

Responsible for the annual holistic media plan, understand digital media market trends and luxury media platform, strategically planning and well execution to increase the brand saliency.
Work with 3rd party tracking company, understand the tracking and analysis importance and priority, better manage the media funds and maximum the exposures and ROI to support the business.
Responsible for new client recruitment through digital channel, understand luxury TA online journey, be creative and seeking right platform to gain qualified new clients.
Responsible for digital campaign planning and execution base on the marketing calendar with qualified results.
Regional/global communication on campaign basis.


E-Commerce


Understand EC related media resources, support EC campaign, ie: heybox, 618, double 11 etc through outside media resource.
Work close with intel EC team to have a holistic media plan of each campaign.
Responsible for EC related live-stream, from candidate proposal, execution plan to on-stie management.


Creative and digital agency


Work close with the digital media agency for all digital campaign’s planning, execution and ensure it’s aligned with global guideline and localized content.
Work with digital media agency to identify creative needs for both digital and social content
Creative mind set


Report and administration


Key competitor’s movement tracking by monthly basis.
Manage campaign report and analysis for further learning.
Has overall responsibility for digital paperwork, all related PO and Payment approval process.
Compiling quarterly digital analyze, reports, summarizing.
Fully supporting COMM/PR Director for daily task execution within the timeline.


PR & CSR digital event


Fully supporting for all digital PR/CSR related activities and virtual event on planning/execution, and conclusion report.

Has leading experience, willing to grow up employees.


Qualifications :


University Degree
minimum of 8-10-year previous experience in digital, media agency and luxury industry preferred
Good written and verbal communications skills, both in Chinese and English
Proficient with various software packages, especially for PowerPoint
Good interpersonal relationship skills
Personal drive, assertive and good team player
Multi-tasking flair and self-motivation
Detail-oriented, hands-on
