Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Manage promotion activities for wholesalers and retailers, create demand from consumer level to drive business.
• Manage new product launches and phase out process.
• Manage content planning for digital platforms including company websites, social media, apps, and related promotional activities.
• Create marketing assets including ads, brochures, catalogues, case studies, and videos, etc.
• Work on brand campaigns, exhibitions, industry seminars and forums, sales & distributor meetings.
• Manage sales & channel support: printing materials, product demos, merchandise etc.
• Work closely with product, AE, sales, and global training team on the training course development and promotional activities.
• Maintain good relationship and cooperation with local industry associations.
• Run annual customer satisfaction survey.
• Manage marketing vendors to achieve goals
• Support line manager and business team on other marketing & training related tasks.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree with Marketing/Digital Marketing/Communications or related major

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 4 years’ relevant working experience
• Excellent project management and communication skills; able to plan, execute and review to reach business goals with efficiency
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, ability to solve problems,
• Good at English and writing skills
• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, video editing capability is a plus
• Experience in B2B or B2B2C industry preferred
• Comfortable with domestic travel (30% of travel required)
