Job Description

- Develop and maintain EHS management system within the company.
- Perform EHS Training, control and manage the Safety programs internally.
- Report, correct to any unsafe action and unsafe condition present in workplace.
- Report and analyze EHS KPIs & statistics.
- Design, maintain and control operating procedures, documentation & standard to meet EHS requirements.
- Conduct a regular EHS inspection and monitor to promote and follow up corrective and preventive actions, submit regular reports to relative parties.
- Coordinate incident investigations and provide recommendations for corrective/preventative action to managers and supervisors.
- Coordinate with the factory safety committee and its activities, for example, monthly safety meeting.
- Conduct the safety supervision and inspection for the safety related construction and maintenance, evaluate and sign the Work Permit.
- Plant fire-control and security management.
- Maintain the relationship with the EHS relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with EIA, HIA and SIA for new projects.
- Tasks assigned by the EHS manager, company, or BU.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor degree or above, major in Safety or Chemical engineering.
 3+ years EHS working experience in chemical industry.
 Certified Safety Engineer (chemical area) is preferred.
